We’re so thankful to David Dennison of Church Mortgage Solutions! We’d been dealing with our local bank preparing to take out a construction loan to build our church when we received an advertisement for David’s services. We called him up, sent some paperwork, and in no time at all he had us pre-qualified for a loan that beat the interest rate our local bank offered by a point and a half. Even though it wasn’t a big loan, he still saved us hundreds of dollars on our monthly payment, and treated us like it was a big loan.
Even when we got caught in the “credit crunch”, Church Mortgage Solutions came through for us. When the lender we were working with suddenly reversed course and denied us on Friday, David had a replacement lender by Monday who would make the loan for less in fees and a lower interest rate.
I truly believe that God brought us together with David, and the blessing of that partnership was easy to see in so many ways. He found the lender, walked us through the application process, and arranged the details of the closing. He even followed up after it was done to be sure we were happy with the way things had gone. That kind of service doesn’t exist very often in today’s world.
